First and foremost, I want you to know that seeking therapy is one of the bravest things a couple can do. It takes courage to acknowledge when we need support and guidance. But let me tell you, the rewards of therapy can be immeasurable. Together, we can uncover your strengths, work through your challenges, and strengthen your bond as a couple.

 

My goal is to help you break old patterns and make your relationship the best that it can be. I am here to support you, challenge you, and cheer you on as you embark on this journey together. In addition to my advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a model that has helped thousands of couples find renewal and reconnection in their relationship, I bring an adaptive and multi-faceted approach to the therapy room, helping you find the help you need. I have experience assisting couples dealing with sexual concerns, communication blockages, infidelity, and past traumas.

Discovery call

15 minutes - free

Finding a good "fit" with your therapist is a deeply important aspect of good therapy. Over a quick voice or video call (I use Zoom for both), you both can get to know me a little, ask questions about my therapy approach, expertise, or philosophy, or ask questions about your situation. You may find that this helps inform your decision to work with me, or I may have a recommendation of another therapist for you to consider. If you've never attended therapy before, this might be a great opportunity to learn about what to expect and how to prepare.

Couples session

75 minutes - $225

Before our first session, I will email you both some paperwork to complete. My aim is to hear from you both: your story, your strengths and resources, and any distresses you're experiencing at the moment. We'll also discuss what you're hoping to achieve in therapy.

 

For all following sessions, you will receive an email confirmation once the booking is complete, as well as a reminder email 48 hours before the scheduled session. I will email you directly with a Zoom link. Ongoing sessions are where you can really begin to pick up "traction" and notice fresh changes in your lives and relationship. We collaborate together on the steps that are right for you. 

Virtual Sessions

Currently, all of the sessions I offer are held virtually, allowing you to engage from safety and comfort of your own space.
